Healing through understanding and support

With over 8 years of experience, I specialize in treating clients for anxiety, depression, and trauma.  I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault as well as people who are struggling with alcohol and drug abuse.

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based. I prioritize building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship.  There will never be any judgment of any kind as we work together to build back your resilience, strength and hope.

I have a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from University of Houston-Clearlake. I have a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work. Go Coogs!  Additionally, I was a trauma fellow at UH, where I completed additional training in trauma-informed care.
